The Sunday class standing in a circle, arms around each other, after training

NHJJ Hawaii — New Hope Jiu-Jitsu

Always free.
Every Sunday.

Come move your body, learn to pay attention, and train real jiu-jitsu.

We don’t separate it. Movement gets you comfortable in your body. Awareness is paying attention before you need to. Jiu-jitsu puts both on the mat. Self-defense is the same thing, under pressure. Show up Sunday. We’ll start from where you are.

Anyone can walk in. You do not need to be fit, young, or have done anything like this before.

No experience. No gi. No cost, ever.

What we train

01

Awareness

Read the room. Notice before you move. Most situations are decided before the first hand is raised.

02

Movement

Your body is a tool. Coordination, balance, and the ability to move with intention under pressure.

03

Jujitsu

The mat teaches what the classroom cannot. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for all levels, day one and up.

04

Self-Defense

Practical skill, no theatrics. What holds up when the situation is real and the adrenaline is high.

every Sunday.
